Welcome to Residencial El Puerto, a very well presented small apartment block located just 5 minutes walk from the exclusive Marina Rubicon.
Each apartment has a comfortable lounge area with sofa, flat screen TV with a Limited selection of channels and wifi included in the price. There is a full kitchen with 4 ring hob, fridge/freezer and microwave and there is access to a washing machine in the Solana.
There are 2 bedrooms, the master having a double bed and a further TV, Limited selection of channels, the second bedroom has twin beds. There is a family bathroom with shower cubicle. Each apartment has either a small private patio or balcony ideal for an al fresco breakfast !
The communal areas are very well maintained with well established gardens which includes local fruit trees which you are welcome to help yourself to. There is a communal solar heated pool with plenty of sunbeds ideal to relax on and enjoy the beautiful Lanzarote days.
These are non smoking apartments, smoking is allowed on the terrace/patios.
For stays of more than 10 nights a full clean and linen change is provided.
Wifi is included in the price.

4 We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was comfortable and clean and very well located to Playa Blanca and some of the best beaches on the island, as well as the new Marina Rubicon. The pool area was great. The cost was very reasonable considering the time of year. It was also nice and quiet and had a family feel. As we were there over a week, a clean would have been appreciated after 1 week, but this is a small thing. Overall it served us as a base and we have no complaints at all.
