About this Apartment
Welcome to Residencial El Puerto, a very well presented small apartment block located just 5 minutes walk from the exclusive Marina Rubicon.
Each apartment has a comfortable lounge area with sofa, flat screen TV with a Limited selection of channels and wifi included in the price. There is a full kitchen with 4 ring hob, fridge/freezer and microwave and there is access to a washing machine in the Solana.
There are 2 bedrooms, the master having a double bed and a further TV, Limited selection of channels, the second bedroom has twin beds. There is a family bathroom with shower cubicle. Each apartment has either a small private patio or balcony ideal for an al fresco breakfast !
The communal areas are very well maintained with well established gardens which includes local fruit trees which you are welcome to help yourself to. There is a communal solar heated pool with plenty of sunbeds ideal to relax on and enjoy the beautiful Lanzarote days.
These are non smoking apartments, smoking is allowed on the terrace/patios.
For stays of more than 10 nights a full clean and linen change is provided.
Wifi is included in the price.

We have stayed at the apartment several times it has always been clean and tidy on arrival. We have asked many times if it would be possible for the owners to upgrade the balcony furniture as it is quite basic and uncomfortable to sit out there for any length of time. For this reason we have decided to look at other apartments in the area, which is a shame as it's in a perfect location for us.

This was our third stay at the apartment complex and we will definitely be returning, the apartments are spotlessly clean, well equipped and very handily located with most things within walking distance. Looking forward to our next visit and staying these apartments.
