Great property, perfect for the family

"Villa Hydra is located very good. Pool is big, nice and clean. Pool heating worked excellent. Unfortunately lots of things in the villa were broken and/or dirty. The team tried to fix as much as possible on day 3. If all what we told them after leaving would be fixed by the owner you can have a great stay in a great place." Had a lovely family stay and would 100% go again. Beautiful clean heated pool. Lovely bedrooms with on suite’s 5*

Can be difficult to find appropriate accommodation for 6 friends travelling together, but this was perfect. We all had our own bedroom space but came together in the communal spaces for a great holiday. Very happy with the week we spent there.

Our second stay at Villa Hydra and it was every bit as enjoyable as on our previous. Excellent location, first class accommodation- perfect for our group of ten!

Villa Hydra is in a perfect location, close enough to get to the beach, restaurants, etc but quiet enough to totally relax. A maximum of 15-20 mins walk. The outside area is fabulous with the pool being in the sun all day and if you need shade there is the area outside the lounge. The water pressure in the showers was great and plenty of hot water. The villa is a little tired inside especially the kitchen but this didn't distract from our enjoyment. A welcome book would have been useful to give us a better clue about local taxis, supermarkets etc. We had a lovely time at Villa Hydra.

Really nice villa that allowed a large family - grandparents, parents, children and aunt - to all stay together. Very clean and spacious, with a very nice private pool. Nice location, only a short walk into Playa Flamingo with a nice beach, shops and restaurants or a longer walk / short drive to Playa Blanca itself. The only negatives were that some things need a bit of a refresh - kitchen unit doors were looking tired and the pool table was unusable as there are no tips on the cues, but these did not detract from our stay. We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Villa Hydra in Playa Blanca. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need for a relaxing holiday.The outdoor space was a perfect , great fir the whole family! The private pool, sun loungers, and shaded seating area made it hard to leave the villa! The location was perfect, peaceful and private, yet just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops.The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had all the information we needed for a hassle free stay. If you’re looking for a large family villa and peaceful escape in Playa Blanca, we can’t recommend Villa Hydra enough. We’re already planning our next holiday.

We booked this villa as a party of 3 families with teenagers (12 of us in total) and it was absolutely perfect. I don’t think the photos do it justice - it was much more spacious that we expected both inside and out. Plenty of sunbeds to go round and we were even given pool towels to use - which was a lovely touch. The owner and management company were really responsive and helpful, whenever we reached out to them. The location is within easy walking distance to Flamingo beach where there are restaurants and supermarkets. You can then walk right along the coast to explore other areas.Would highly recommend.
