About this Villa
The villa has three spacious bedrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating units and silent ceiling fans, the master with a king size bed and dressing area, the next with a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has twin beds and also a dressing area. Each with their own en-suites, which in themselves allow you to choose if you have a shower or a bath. As they were designed with holiday luxury in mind it is furnished with quality, modern yet comfortable furnishings and furniture. A fully fitted modern kitchen (with oven, hob, microwave, extractor, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, juicer etc), also there is a filtered drinking water tap in the kitchen which is very useful. There is a utility room with a washing machine which leads to an outside patio/clothes drying area. Comfortable leather sofas in the lounge, flat screen TV with Sky satellite television/DVD Player/Hi Fi and portable CD Cassette Radio Player and storage cupboards for your luggage to name but a few!
At the front of the property there is an upper patio with built in barbecue, table and seating for 6. This leads to a lower patio with solar and electric heated roman entry swimming pool, sun beds for 6 and a further patio table and 6 chairs. There are shutters and mosquito netting on each door and window (except utility).: Solar heated shower by the pool, south west facing patios allowing sunshine all day long, views of the sea and on clear days of Fuerteventura.
The villa is located in the west side of Playa Blanca, only approximately 10 minutes walk to the Playa Flamingo area of Playa Blanca, its shops, beach and restaurants, and just 2 minutes from the Aqua Lava Water Park. The Village of Playa Blanca is a little further along (approximately 15 minutes).
Playa Blanca is located in the South of Lanzarote. This was once a fishing village which has developed over the years. Many of the local restaurants still offer fresh fish of the day. In and around Playa Blanca there are numerous restaurants, shops and gift shops. There is now a modern new marina, Marina Rubicon. and a Ferry Harbour with daily crossings to Fuerteventura. There is a seafront promenade running the whole length of Playa Blanca, from the light house at Pechiguera to just before the Papagayo beaches. These beaches are a set of beautiful natural reserve coves - amongst the prettiest in the Canaries.

Wonderful holiday property located in a quiet cul-de-sac, 5-10 minutes walk to Flamingo Beach. There was some building work going on nearby but this didn’t cause any problem. Facilities were excellent with a fabulous pool. Cleaners came in half way through our ten day stay and did a full clean including changing bedding and towels which was excellent. Would definitely recommend the property.

Just returned from a week at this stunning villa..when we arrived it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The villa was far bigger than we had envisaged, was immaculately clean, well equipped and in a perfect location. The pool/outdoor dining area was perfect with stunning views. We were all very sad to leave. Would definitely return.

Just returned from a fantastic 9 day stay in the beautiful Villa Jacaranda. Family of 5 including Grandparents and 2 teen girls, as soon we arrived we were over the moon with the location and the the cleanliness and size of the villa. All rooms were huge with so much storage space and with enough utensils, glasses, plates etc to do 10 people! The outdoor area was fantastic with a lovely warm pool and so many different seating areas to get the sun all day around. Probably the first villa I would love to return to. Local amenities are close by with countless taxis if required I actually made use of the e-scooters which was great fun! Villa Jacaranda is absolutely amazing. It was even better in reality than in the pictures. The place is so spacious and clean. Lovely outside area and beautiful garden. Great location with a lovely view and close to the beach. We had a fantastic stay and really hope to book again for next year. Thank you for a great stay!
