Great property, nice location The property was as described just few mins walk from the beach with nice bars and restaurants and 15-20 mins walk from the larger playa Blanca area with a much bigger selection. Rental was well organised and excellent communication, no problems at all.

Family Holiday Post Covid Property and location was excellent, pool was great especially the steps and long rails to enter the pool. We had an elder member who struggles with steps and they found it easy to enter and exit the pool. Would definitely book again.

Stayed in this villa in August and it did not disappoint. It was ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The villa was as described, clean and tidy in a quiet location. The pool was great with a lovely outside area where we spent most of our time. Shops and restaurants were in walking distance but we often took advantage of the public electric scooters which were great fun and easy to use. We visited the nearby aquapark and beaches of playa blanca where we enjoyed snorkeling. We arranged a private transfer to and from the airport which was spot on time. We contacted the villa company via email with a question during our stay and received a prompt reply. Excellent holiday villa which we would highly recommend.

Best holiday in years. We visit Lanzarote every year, however this was our first time in a villa and we absolutely loved it. Lazy days by the pool and evening family barbeques, better pace of holiday and much more relaxing. Villa was well equipped, clean and the outdoor space very private. We paid for a 2 week pass for the waterpark so we could drop in whenever the kids wanted. Short walk from beach and bars and restaurants, hoping to return to the same villa next year. Phil 2022

We enjoyed our stay at Montana de Fuego. The location was excellent with close proximity to Flamingo beach and the water park. The pool are was good with a very useful outside toilet & shower facility. The Villa itself was a little tired and in need of some updating.

The pictures correspond to what we expected there. A great property in a very nice location. However, there are a few pointers that might be of interest: 1. The double bed is comfortable but narrow 2. The single beds take some getting used to 3. The house is noisy 4. Also in January there are a lot of mosquitoes 5. The pool is cleaned regularly 6. The kitchen is efficient 7. Sitting area is comfortable 8. The toilets are great 9. It's quiet, only sometimes you can hear the Aqualand

Lovely villa with very good heated pool and fantastic location to walk to playa flamingo

Villa is in a quiet residential area close to the water park. We found the villa very clean, felt secure with an easy alarm system. Beds were comfortable, would have been good to have drawer units in each bedroom. There was always hot water and the showers had grab rails on 2 sides really good. Kitchen was adequate and everything worked plenty of crockery and glasses. One let down was the kitchen was stripped bare, nothing left from previous holiday makers such as salt, pepper, dried herbs, cooking oil, kitchen roll or washing up liquid just 4 dishwasher tablets. In all the years of villa renting it’s the first time there has been nothing, small welcome pack was included with bottle of wine chocolate and water, tea, coffee and sugar. Now the best bit, outside area was brilliant suited us just perfect, a lovely deep veranda giving plenty of shade, pretty garden area and room to move the sun-beds around. Great pool which we had heated, it was lovely and warm but do remember to put the cover on each night. And there was a pool room room with shower and loo to dry off in, how cool is that. 10-15mins walk to nearest beach, supermarket and restaurants double that to main town along a well lit promenade. Plenty of restaurants and bars to choice from. We always walked in and returned by taxi so no car was needed. Found the Retreat Villa staff helpful and friendly. And now the big question, would we return to this villa. A big yes, it was a bit tired and needed some TLC but it’s a holiday home it was easy, nothing to worry about.

The villa was just amazing, one of the best we have stayed in Playa Blanca, the pool was huge which was a big hit with all of us, the Villa had everything we needed, 3 beautiful good size bedrooms, really comfortable beds, kitchen had everything including a washing machine and dishwasher. Lovely Sitting room with TV. My only small criticism was some of the seating could do with an upgrade. Location was perfect, could walk to main centre in about 20 minutes or take the bus, stop just around the corner, also have the Aqua Park just at the end of the road. Arrival touches wine etc just lovely, from booking the villa to our last day everything was perfect will definitely be back thank you guys for an amazing holiday.

We wanted a relaxing week in the sun, and chose a villa to allow us privacy (and our own pool!). We couldn't have asked for a better place. This villa had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean and fully equipped, with an amazing pool surrounded by beautiful gardens. The location was so peaceful, but within easy walking distance of the beach and places to eat. We would definitely book this villa again!

2nd time at this villa. Late arrival so it would have been nice to have a small welcome package other than 1 bottle of water. Lighting in bathroom needs updating and some new plastic glasses would be nice. Cool box for beach would be great. However we had a lovely holiday, the pool is great and location spot on. Im sure we would consider returning for a 3rd time.
