About this Villa
Brand new to the holiday let market, a gorgeous and very spacious 3 bedroom villa which comfortable sleeps 6 guests, with a large private master suite upstairs with luxury ensuite with sunken bath and separate shower. On this level there are patio doors leading to the private roof terrace with its amazing views of both the Ajaches Mountains and the Atlantic Ocean. This room also has A/C included.
On the ground level you will find the open plan dining/lounge area an excellent size and very spacious. There is a large dining table to seat 6 guests and a lovely relaxing lounge with leather sofas, air-conditioning, a TV with European channels. Our TV service at the Villa has everything you need, with full TV packs from The UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria and the USA. Not to mention 1000s of movies on demand and TV series at your fingertips. If your country of choice is not listed, just let us know pre-arrival and we will include it.
The kitchen is bright and airy with everything you could need on a self-catering break, including dishwasher, good size fridge/freezer, microwave etc and there’s access to a washing machine and drying area in the utility room.
On this level you will find 2 comfortable twin bedrooms, both with plenty of wardrobe space, the first twin has patio doors leading onto the pool area. These bedrooms share a further bathroom with shower over bath.
Back through the lounge you will find 2 sets of patio doors leading onto the sizeable patio, 6 comfortable sun loungers (pool towels provided) and a further outside dining area. The patio enjoys the Lanzarote sunshine all day long but there is also a shaded area if required. The pool is an excellent size at around 8m x 4m, it has electric pool heating included in the winter months (Nov-May) and is set in a spacious garden area. There is also a BBQ for any budding chefs wanting to impress their guests one warm Lanzarote evening with a few steaks and maybe a glass of delicious local wine.
All in all a great value for money villa in a great peaceful location, yet all still within easy reach of all the amenities including local supermarkets, and the great selection of bars and restaurants in the town of Playa Blanca. The town is about a 20-25 mins walk or 5 mins in car, taxis are readily available and would cost less than €5 into town.
