Villa Olivia is a luxury modern villa located in the Costa Papagayo area of Playa Blanca. It is only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Playa Blanca and 10 minutes walk to the lovely Playa Dorada Beach. This is an immaculate villa inside and out and sits on a very large corner detached private plot.
The villa features a stunning open plan lounge kitchen diner. The lounge has comfortable sofas, a large TV with all UKTV channels including sports and movies. There are 2 sets of patio doors leading to the outside terrace. The brand new modern kitchen is extremely well equipped with an American style fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, hob, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. It has everything you will need for a self-catering holiday. Off the lounge there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has an extra-large queen size bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobes, modern lighting and air conditioning. There are patio doors leading to the outside terrace. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with modern sink unit, large walk in shower and toilet. The twin bedroom has two single beds, bedside cabinet, modern lighting, plenty of wardrobe space and air conditioning. There is a house bathroom with modern sink unit, large walk in shower and toilet.
Outside the villa there is a large terrace with covered outside dining for 6 people, ceiling fan and a seating area. There is also an extra fridge to fill up with cool refreshing drinks and a BBQ. The pool area is large with a kidney shaped infinity pool, outside shower, sun loungers and a lots of space to relax in the beautiful sunshine.
This villa is furnished to an extremely high standard, situated in a well sort after area and is a perfect villa to suit couple and families.

Villa Olivia was perfect in every way for our family holiday! The outdoor space is amazing along with the spacious lounge and modern kitchen too. Location is fantastic as only a 15 min walk to the beach and Playa Blanca. Would certainly book again.

Couldn't recommend highly enough! Booking with Retreat Villas was easy and efficient. Having never been to Playa Blanca before, we didn't know what to expect ; Villa Olivia was stunning, modern and very tastefully decorated. Very well equipped throughout. The garden is spacious and private and the heated pool is lovely. More than ample, secure parking. The location is excellent ; a short and pleasant walk to the sea front and not far from the Marina. Would not hesitate to book again!

Villa Olivia was everything we had hoped for and more! The villa is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. It had everything you could need for a self catering holiday with lots of pots, pans and dishes. The villa is in a great location with only a 10 min walk to the centre of Playa Blanca and Dorada beach. We enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked again for next year!
