About this Villa
A stunning new property to the holiday rental market, introducing the luxurious Villa Vistas Al Mar.
An amazing new villa which offers everything you could need for the ultimate relaxing, chilled getaway retreat.
This property has the capacity to sleep 8 guests comfortably, with a master suite on the top floor with the most amazing vista from the volcanic mountain landscape to ocean and onto the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. This master suite has a lovely balcony with bistro set to enjoy your morning coffee at and a full ensuite bathroom with shower over bath. There's a Smart TV so you can login to your favourite apps too.
The next two bedrooms are on the main level for the villa and both come with king size beds which can be transformed to twin beds if preferred. These bedrooms share the family bathroom, which again has a shower over bath. All bedrooms have pedestal fans available.
On this same level is the main living space, the lounge/kitchen is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons including a dishwasher, microwave and both a filter coffee machine and Nespresso, washing machine also available for use. The lounge boasts a huge 65 inch TV with full UK TV package including all Movies and Sport channels too. The kids – young and old, can enjoy the Nintendo Switch for some added fun (please bring your own games but 2 controllers provided). Free wifi is available throughout the house. Bluetooth speaker also provided.
Once you step outside the patio doors you will be able to make the most of the gorgeous Lanzarote warm and sunny climate, with 8 meters long by 4 meters wide pool, electrically heated (pool heating included Nov-April) and 8 sunbeds, so plenty of space for everyone. There’s a sheltered outside lounge area if you want to relax away from the sun and catch up with your latest novel.
The undercover dining room provides a lovely dining environment, where the budding chefs in your group can impress you with their culinary delights. A Weber coal BBQ is available for your use.
Back inside the villa on the lower floor is the final 4th bedroom with twin beds and a shower room with toilet. This is an ideal spot for the younger members of your group, there’s a further smart TV, plenty of board games, bats, balls and even a pool table too, in the other basement room is a ping pong table and dart board.
There is a small supermarket shop within 15 minutes’ walk and the coastal promenade is within a 20 minute walk, as is a row of several great restaurants and bars which cater for every taste, there is also a delightful bakery. The heart of Playa Blanca is a 5-10mins drive away and taxis are readily available if required.

Stayed in Vista Al Mar May 2023 The accommodation was perfect in every way. Could not fault it. The villa was very spacious and exceptionally clean. The kitchen had every appliance needed and ample cutlery and crockery. The outdoor area was magnificent. Great access from the kitchen to the covered outdoor dining area with a bbq. Great pool area with eight sun lounges and ample space around the heated pool. En suite very spacious master bedroom with balcony had amazing views to the sea All bedrooms had king size very comfortable beds with plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. Bathrooms were very spacious with both baths and showers. Downstairs has a brilliant self contained twin room with walk in bathroom There is a games room with a pool table, table tennis and darts. 75inch t.v has all uk channels plus 100s of others. Definitely 5 star and definitely go again.

Stayed in Vista al Mar 27th June until the 11th July and our trip was unforgettable. The villa has everything and more that you would need and the whole villa was impeccably clean and tidy. The pool was the perfect temperature and we thoroughly enjoyed lounging on the sun-beds looking at the stunning views. The villa is in the perfect spot, close to many bars, restaurants and beaches. Would throughly recommend this villa.

Fantastic villa in a great location.Close to several bars and restaurants and a supermarket. Good local taxi service. Four good size bedrooms with plenty of storage space and clothes hangers. Fans in all bedrooms and living room. Living area and kitchen has everything you could need. Large TV with all channels. Outside dining area in the shade with barbecue.Perfect for al fresco dining. Large pool area with several sun loungers and water inflatables. Outdoor seating area with comfortable furniture, also in the shade for comfort. Games room with table tennis, pool table and darts board. Could not fault anything and would highly recommend this villa.

Stayed recently at Vista Al Mar. Absolutely beautiful villa, home from home. Spotlessly clean throughout. Lovely pool area with ample space for relaxation and comfortable shaded areas from the fantastic sunshine. Good location. Good selection of bars and restaurants nearby. Good bus service to all locations. Great selection of bars, restaurants and entertainment in Playa Blanca and only a short taxi journey away(five or six euros). Will definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Vistas Al Mar - The Villa is beautiful, quiet and relaxing and closer to Faro Park than the main marina/town of Playa Blanca, however, we hired a car which was fab and very convenient. We will defo return and stay here again.

I stayed here from 25th January until 31st January with a group of friends and we had the best time. The Villa is absolutely gorgeous with every home comfort you can imagine and with only a short walk to an array of shops and restaurants it was the perfect location. The quality of furnishings are of a very high standard with the comfiest beds and a gorgeous sparklingly clean pool you can dip into when the Sun becomes too much. I will most definitely be returning.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay at this absolutely gorgeous villa. The villa was spacious with amazing views and exceptionally clean. The heated pool was fabulous with lovely relaxing outdoor space. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. I wouldn’t hesitate to book and looking forward to revisiting again soon.

The villa is exceptional. It is spotlessly clean and has everything that you require with its 4 bedrooms with ultra comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge area, games room with pool table, table tennis and darts. The outside area is fantastic with stunning gardens, large swimming pool/sunbeds, and outside dining area. On all sides of the villa you can take in views of the ocean and mountains. Access to local facilities and Playa Blanca town was only a short distance. We would highly recommend this villa and will be booking again in the near future.
