About this Villa
Villa Utopia. is the ideal getaway if you're looking to explore Playa Blanca. This whitewashed beauty sits in a prime spot. With a pergola, alfresco dining, and reclining sun loungers, this enclosed terrace is a great spot for lazy days by the pool. Serve up some fresh seafood or marinated veggies on the lovely Canarian stone-built BBQ, best served with a bottle of cool wine amongst friends and family.
Inside the villa offers four spacious bedrooms, Canarian styled with cool air conditioning and terracotta floor tiles. The master bedroom boasts its own private ensuite with a large luxury bath. The second bedroom is also a double room at the rear of the house, the third bedroom is a good size twin room, the fourth bedroom has a single bed and small desk/work space.
The comfy living room offers high ceilings with lots of natural light and comfortable leather sofas. It also comes with a smart TV, for those cosy movie nights in with the family. The traditionally styled dining room sits just off the lounge area. The kitchen has everything you might need on a self-catering break including dishwasher and coffee machine.
Outside the garden is secluded and very private, the pool is electrically heated in the winter months and included in the price November to April any other dates request for the pool heating will be 120.00 euros per week and has Roman step entry, there’s a table tennis table available to keep all the kids, large and small amused!
When you fancy a change of scenery the centre of Playa Blanca is a short walk away, where you'll find an array of bars, cafes, and restaurants serving up delicious tapas menus, freshly made cocktails and local beers.
