A newly refurbished modern and stylish 3 bed room, 2 bathroom villa situated in central Puerto Del Carmen perfect for a relaxing holiday for couples and families.
The detached villa is set over two levels. On the top level is the beautifully decorated lounge with sofas, TV and air conditioning (to be paid additionally).
The magnificent kitchen is off the living room and features all new modern appliances. It is very well equipped and has a fridge freezer, microwave, over/hob, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster.
The lounge patio doors lead to the outside dining terrace where you can enjoy eating al fresco whilst taking in the lovely sea view. Off the main lounge area up a couple of steps is the contemporary indoor dining room, with dining table for 6 people. There is also a bathroom on this level
On the lower level are the 3 bedrooms. There are 2 king sized bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. There is also a twin room with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning
There is also the 2nd bathroom.
From this level you step out to the outside seating pool area, pool approx 7m x 4m (1.40 deep), electrically heated in the winter months. A lovely comfortable area to chill and relax by the pool.
There are plenty of sunbeds for 6 guests and a further outside dining area.
This is a truly exceptional villa in a lovely peaceful setting but near enough to all the local amenities.

Date of arrival - 24 February 2024 The property is well appointed and in a quiet residential area. Comfortable beds and all kit worked well. We like to do a lot of self catering and found the dishes etc more suitable for larger groups. We were just two. Also no basic condiments which was a disappointment. We have left some which hopefully next guests can take advantage of. Bottle of wine was a nice touch although surprised it was Californian.

Easy walk to main street in Puerto del Carmen, a bit of a hill on the way back. Lovely quiet villa with sea views. 3 good sized bedrooms and great living space. No bbq although listed as having one. Great washing facilities. Permitted a late checkout which was greatly appreciated. Small Supermarket 3 minute walk away. ** RV response - " There is a plancha grill available for cooking outside although there isn't an actual BBQ"

The villa was easy to find. Only a 5 min walk from the strip. It was lovely and clean. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of crockery and glasses for all of us. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and warm. Lovely sun trap. I just got myself set up on my lilo and a great book. We asked for more tokens for the air con and the rep came straight away. It’s a beautiful home from home. Highly recommended. The only negative was the motion sensors in the bedroom flashed anytime someone moved. This was annoying
