About this Apartment
Welcome to the gorgeous newly renovated Apartment Togio 15. Situated in the popular holiday resort of Puerto de Carmen, Lanzarote, only a stones throw to the main strip and beach front.
The apartment sits on a small private development, on the first floor, overlooking the well-maintained pool and patio area, there are plenty of sunbeds and even a small local bar on the complex. Pool towels are provided, so no need to pack them!
Inside the property there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with king size beds and a further twin room, the family bathroom has a walk in shower and hair dryer available for your use. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and plenty of wardrobe space.
The open plan living area has a comfortable sofa with TV offering international channels, there is a good size dining area, enough for all 6 guests and then a further dining area set on the spacious terrace. The kitchen has all the mod cons including dishwasher, microwave, full oven and hob, and a washing machine is also provided.
The apartment is an idea base if you need to keep in touch with your office whilst taking a break as the internet is very reliable with a speed of 300MB.

Communication throughout booking was fantastic. We were able to check in early which was super helpful. The apartment was well equipped and on a really lovely complex. The bar around the pool was a real plus. Great location close to the supermarkets. Easy walk to the old town and easy walk to the Newtown. It was big enough for four adults and the TV’s in all the rooms was a real plus. The welcome pack was also a really nice touch . My only complaints would be. The beds were really uncomfortable and I did not realise that we were so close to the bars that are on the main street, which were very loud Until very late into the evening, the apartment floor was very dirty when we arrived. Would definitely return and have already recommended it to several people! ......**We are sorry to hear the floor was dirty when you arrived, I'm not sure what happened there, but it sounds like you had a great stay all in all!**
