An attractive 3 bedroom villa with many features including Air conditioning, Electric pool heat and WIFI....
This bright modern 3 bedroom villa is situated in a quiet gated residential area with tennis courts close to the centre of Playa Blanca. It has a modern and bright lounge with contemporary furniture with TV offering UK channels and a dining area seating 6 people. It also offers air conditioning throught the villa included in the price. The kitchen is very well equipped with Fridge/Freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, airfryer and washing machine. The Master bedroom has a superking sized bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and patio doors leading out to the pool area. The ensuite bathroom is spacious with a toilet, sink unit and corner shower cubicle. The two further bedrooms both have twin beds, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, one also has an en suite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower cubicle. There is a further family bathroom with sink, toilet and bath/shower.
The private outside garden has an electronically heated pool in the winter months, sun loungers, a further dining area and a Canarian BBQ, perfect to enjoy the glorious Lanzarote weather. So Villa Olive is a truly delightful villa with all the facilities you will need for a fabulous self catering holiday.

Better than the pictures ! We enjoyed a wonderful 2 weeks at the property in July 2022 - everything was perfect, we agreed that this was the best villa we've ever rented, and I've already forwarded details to family who were looking for somewhere to holiday in the future.

Due to unfortunate circumstances, we found ourselves in Playa Blanca without anywhere to stay. Retreat Villas came to our rescue with Villa Olive. There was 6 of us incl 2 teenagers and 8 yr old child. The villa was serviced at short notice and we found it very clean, well appointed, with plenty of towels bedding etc. liked both the main bedroom and kitchen also opening out onto the patio/ pool. Importantly, pool (which was clean and at correct ph levels) had a cover you could pull over at night to retain the heat! Though we didn’t experience the really strong winds you frequently get in Lanzarote, the pool area appeared to be pretty sheltered. Location was only 15 - 20 mins (less than 8 mins using electric scooters!!) walk to the bars/restaurants along the waterfront. Go in the opposite direction along that road for 5 mins until you come to a garage/ tyre fitting centre in Avenida Faro Pechiguera. Next door is a small locals bar. Not the most salubrious of surroundings, but they do the best burgers I’ve ever had the pleasure to eat . All themed on the tv series The Heist. Only slightly negative thing, there was no house guide/instructions that we could find . Wasn’t a problem for us as we new how to operate the alarm etc + tech savvy teenagers, so we didn’t bother Retreat. All in All thoroughly recommend Villa Olive RETREAT VILLAS RESPONSE : Thanks for the great feedback, due recent Covid Health and Safety guidelines we no longer leave physical info folders in the villa, however we do send instructions via email and include a QR code for extra info too

We absolutely loved staying in this villa. Great location and the villa was lovely. The beds are extremely comfortable too! Retreat Villas went out of their way to accommodate us when we had a special request. We will definitely be booking again!
