Excellent communication from the initial enquiry . Lovely relaxing week in Villa Fortuna . The Villa was equipped with everything we needed and would highly recommend. The weather was great and the sunset and sunrise from the terrace was beautiful . Can’t wait to return .

This is a fabulous villa with everything at hand to ensure you have a wonderful relaxing holiday. Fabulous pool, well serviced and clean. There is a great outside space for sunbathing and eating and a beautiful garden. The villa is quite a way from the town but it's not too far to walk and there is a nearby taxi rank and a few small local supermarkets, although nowhere nearby to eat or have a drink. The villa would benefit from a lick of paint inside and the hot water supply would be stretched if four guests wanted to get a shower. We would definitely stay there again.

The villa was clean and tidy and well equipped with comfy beds and furniture. The pool area was spacious with plenty of room for sunbathing etc. A bit more shaded areas would be better. It was about a 7 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you to the main area for bars and restaurants etc. Our main issue is the welcome pack was very basic compared with others we’ve had on previous holidays and it would have been nice to have had a few cleaning products like washing up liquid and dish cloths which aren’t particularly expensive. Overall we had a great time and would recommend staying in villa Fortuna.

Bien située pour visiter le sud de l'île et les parcs des volcans et à 1 h en voiture des autres attractions touristiques. L'agence a été très réactive à toutes nos sollicitations. Bref, nous recommandons ! / We had a very good stay. The house is bright, well equipped, the heated swimming pool ideal for swimming. Well located for visiting the south of the island and the volcano parks and 1 hour by car from other tourist attractions. The agency was very responsive to all our requests. In short, we recommend!

Sleeps 4. Private Heated Pool & Mountain Views. Full UKTV package and WIFI. The Villa has private parking. Entering the front door you are in the spacious courtyard. 1 double en suite and 2nd room with 2 single beds. Large sofa and big smart tv. Lots of outdoor seating and electric heated pool. Slight road noise but wouldn’t stop us booking again. Date of arrival - 17 February 2024

Stayed at this Villa in July along with my husband and son. Villa was further out than I thought. Good job we hired a car. There was no uk tv channels as advertised which was an issue for my son as the euros were on. A lot of loose tiles in hallway. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.... Retreat Villas Response: "We are sorry there was an issue with the TV system, this has since be rectified as has the loose tiles, but we are pleased you enjoyed your stay on the whole! "

We had an amazing time at Villa Fortuna, villa was in a good position about a 25min walk into town.Villa was very clean & well equipped. Communication between ourselves and the villa company was very prompt. Lovely pool & lots of outside space. Wld definitely return!
