From start to finish we had an amazing time in such a fantastic villa. Warm pool with plenty of outside areas to sit and chill. Full UK TV and free wifi available. 10 minutes stroll to the nearest shop/supermarket at Playa Flamingo and a 20 minute walk into the centre of Playa Blanca. We benefitted from an earlier check-in than 3pm as the villa was vacant before our stay and again a late checkout as the villa was available after our 10 day stay. Would highly recommend both the Villa and Retreat Villas for their efficient booking service. -Thank you!

Well equipped, brilliantly located villa. The layout is ideal for an extended family with the bedrooms and bathrooms either side of a large central living and kitchen area which opens on to the main terrace and pool. There are other outside areas which offer some privacy to smaller groups.

We stayed here last year and there were a few maintenance issues then but I'm pleased to say everything this time was fine including replaced sunbeds. My only criticism would be the "sticky" work surface in the kitchen. Other than that it's a beautiful villa in a great location for access to Playa Blanca town and is ideal for our needs with 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin rooms and we hope to book again next year.

We had a fantastic holiday in Playa Blanca, made even better with our stay in Villa Lima. The villa was amazing, really spacious both inside and out. Outside was set across three levels, with more than enough seating areas to ensure you could escape if needed! Great pool area and not overlooked at all. The odd broken tile, but nothing of concern. The pool table on the lower outdoor level was a welcome addition to help break help the day. Inside was minimalistic and modern, nicely laid out and very welcoming. Kitchen area was ample and all the utilities you needed for indoor and outdoor cooking were available. We used the dishwasher, washing machine and oven whilst there, all easy to operate, no issues. Pool cleaner was there every 3-4 days. Mid-week clean was seamless, and when we reported an issue with the sink, the maintenance person was out and it was resolved within 4 hours. Really couldn’t fault the service we received. We were greeted with a nice little welcome pack on arrival too…. Nice touch. I would 100% use this company again, really impressed from start to finish with communication and information. As for the villa - top notch!

Wir habend en Aufenthalt sehr genossen und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Lage der Villa ist ruhig in einer Nebenstraße in einem Wohngebiet. Die Strandpromenade ist in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Vor der Villa ist Platz für einen PKW, aber auf der Straße darf man auch parken. Die Ausstattung entsprach den Angaben. Alles war ordentlich und sauber.

We chose Villa Lima as we were looking for somewhere special to celebrate my Husband's 50th Birthday and the villa absolutely lived up to our expectations. The location was perfect, 10-min walk to the nearest shops or 20-min walk in to town. The bus stop was close by for longer journeys. The outside areas were one of the best features, plenty of space to take shelter from the mid-day sun, or sit outside at night relaxing with a few drinks. We used the pool every day, it was nice and big , heated to a lovely temperature and cleaned regularly. Inside the villa was clean, spacious and simply decorated but with a modern feel. I was working remotely for the first week and the WiFi was fast and even reached outside to the pool! The air-con in the bedrooms was a god-send, and the beds were very comfortable, also plenty of wardrobe and storage space. The kitchen had everything we needed (even decent sized mugs for morning coffee!) - I can understand why people have commented about the 'sticky kitchen worktop', we did notice it but it was still easy to wipe down. Overall this is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in and we would definitely return if we were after a larger villa for a special occasion. (Also, it was a pleasure dealing with Retreat Villas and we have already booked our next holiday with them!).

Great Villa. Beautiful pool and view and huge outdoor space. Only a short walk to beach and bars / restaurants.

La villa es tal y como la ofertan, una maravilla. Tuvimos que solicitar los canales de la TV en castellano, porque solo estaban en inglés y nos lo solucionaron de manera rápida, amable y eficaz. La recomiendo sin dudas, fue una estancia muy agradable. The villa is exactly as advertised, wonderful. We had to request the spanish TV channels because they were only English and they solved this problem quickly, kindly and efficiently. I recommend it without a doubt, it was a very pleasant stay.

Fantastic villa - the space both inside and out was exactly as described. Cleanliness and quality of the accommodation was 10/10. Very responsive host - only had 2 very minor problems which were sorted in a very timely manner. Location was also perfect. Quiet but within walking distance to beach, restaurants and water park. Would most definitely stay again.

This is our third time at Villa Lima. It is a perfect layout for 4 adults and 4 children in a great location being within walking distance (about 20 mins) of the town in a quiet area albeit close to the water park. Facilities are good but as per previous reviews it could do with some updating to gain 5 stars. We were there during Sep/Oct this time and we did have an issue with the lighting of the stairs down to the lower level in the dark evenings which resulted in one of our party tripping and badly injuring her knee but Retreat Villas quickly responded and made a temporary fix with reflective tape on the bottom steps which made a big difference and we were advised that the owners were going to install some additional lighting to resolve the issue permanently so I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and hope to return next year.

Villa Lima is a spacious, comfortable villa in the waterpark area of Playa Blanca. We visited in November 2024 and enjoyed our stay so much we've already booked a repeat visit next year. The pool is large and well maintained, there are superb views over to Fuertventura from the patio area and there is a stylish shady area on the lower patio. Villa is well equiped - we especially liked the mosquito nets over the beds. There is AC in the bedrooms and IPTV for entertainment. 15 minute walk to Playa Flamingo or there is a bus 5 minutes walk away with half hourly service to the old town or onwards to Rubicon. Thorougly recommended.
