About this Bungalow
This fabulous, bright modern and airy bungalow is at only 5 minute walk to the town and beach.
It is located in a well established complex with communal pool.
Inside the lounge area is modern and fresh with a good size sofa (which can accommodate a 3rd person if required), TV system with a good selection of UK Channels including BBC, ITV. Movies etc, a DVD player and a ceiling fan. This leads into the well-appointed kitchen with 4 ring hob, oven, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. There is also a 4 seater dining table set just by the kitchen area.
The bathroom again has been refurbished with a contemporary feel, walk-in shower. The bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, plenty of room for storage and the window has great mountain views.
A lovely Canarian seating area, patio chairs, parasol and comfortable sun loungers.
All in all a great little apartment in a convenient location, which we are sure you will enjoy whilst visiting this beautiful island.
