About this Villa
Welcome to Casa Maurizio, Adults only maximun 2 guests a new and exclusive villa, Italian designed and luxurious throughout. The interior is light and airy with a comfortable and modern lounge/dining area, 55" TV, DVD and Wifi included, and also air conditioner fitted. One set of patio doors lead straight out on to the private pool and the second set lead to the secluded Jacuzzi area and steam room.
The master bedroom is very spacious with a large double bed and also a day bed, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and plenty of wardrobe space. The second bedroom is also a double room with views out onto the pool. Both bedrooms have air conditioner fitted.
The kitchen is very modern and sleek, everything is integrated, including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and the all-important Italian coffee maker.
There is a further bathroom in the villa with shower over the bath.
As you step outside the villa from the lounge there is a shaded terrace with further dining area and comfortable seating, plenty of sunbeds, an umbrella, a good size pool, Canarian BBQ and an external shower. For great chilled out evenings, and just in case this isn’t quite enough there is a fabulous Jacuzzi just to the side of the villa – prefect for a relaxing evening whilst waiting for the BBQ to heat up ! There is a fantastic steam room.
