About this Villa
Lovely 3 Bedroom villa with Sea Views, Private Solar and Electric Heated Pool, Dual purpose heating and cooling air conditioning (coin operated) and Wifi. Located close to Flamingo Beach and town.
The villa has three spacious bedrooms with silent ceiling fans, the master with a king size bed and dressing area, the next with a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has twin beds and also a dressing area. All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating options (coin operated). Also each have their own en-suites, which in themselves allow you to choose if you have a shower or a bath. Please note the base price is for 2 guests using 1 bedroom, if further bedrooms are required please add them as an extra on the right hand side of the enquiry, or mention when messaging us.
This villa is designed with holiday luxury in mind it is furnished with quality, modern yet comfortable furnishings and furniture. A fully fitted modern kitchen (with oven, hob, microwave, extractor, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, juicer and a drinking water tap!). There is a utility room with a washing machine which leads to an outside patio and new outdoor seating area for 6 . You can also spend time here relaxing in the new 4 person Jacuzzi. Comfortable sofas in the lounge, flat screen Villa Mimosa has internet TV which provides all English TV channels including Sky Sports, BT Sports and many international TV stations, also TV has HDMI and USB ports. DVD Player/Hi Fi and portable CD Cassette Radio Player. The lounge also has dual purpose air conditioning with heating and cooling options. Storage cupboards also available for your luggage to name but a few amenities!
At the front of the property there is an upper patio with built in barbecue, table and new outside seating area for 6. This leads to a lower patio with solar and electric heated roman entry swimming pool, sun beds for 6 and a further patio table and 6 chairs. At the rear of the property you can enjoy a nice relax in the jacuzzi. There are shutters and mosquito netting on each door and window (except utility). The finishing touches make this villas so special: Solar heated shower by the pool, south west facing patios allowing sunshine all day long, views of the sea and on clear days of Fuerteventura.
The villa is located in the west side of Playa Blanca, only approximately 10 minutes walk to the Playa Flamingo area of Playa Blanca, its shops, beach and restaurants. The Village of Playa Blanca is a little further along (approximately 15 minutes).
For your information and peace of mind, this villa, as with all our properties, has been cleaned to a high standard, with recommended products that help to eliminate viruses and bacteria’s.
Prices are for one bedroom use through out the year except for christmas and new year where it is a three bedroom price

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Mimosa. Exceptionally clean villa and very comfortable. The pool was lovely and private. We really enjoyed the hot tub. Great location and lovely views.

Couldn’t fault villa or the care we received. Everything was great. Fresh towels twice week, Pool and hot tub cleaned regularly. Villa cleaned regularly. Nice welcome basket. Would love to go again

Great time spent at Villa Mimosa, been several times before and its the best villa. Really like the new additional roof over the hot tub. Also liked that the rear bedroom door was unlock to enable us to use the tub without having to walk round the side of the villa. Thank you so much, can't wait to return.

The Villa is lovely, very well maintained with everything you need to feel at home. Only thing that let ir down was having a groundskeeper work for 2 full days during the stay. Groundskeeper was lovely, but we could not lay around the pool for 2 days whilst he carried out tree and shrub cutting.... Retreat Villas Response : "We are really sorry about the intrusion of the gardener, there was a mix up in the rotas but we will ensure he doesn’t disturb any future guests”
