About this Villa
Stylish, modern, 2 bedroom villa set in a pleasant residential complex..
Finished to a high standard, this is a fabulous 2 bedroom villa with all mod-cons including air-conditioning.
It comes with everything you might need whilst on a self-catering break, including fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, hob and oven, coffee machine etc. The lounge has comfortable seating with a leather sofa and 2 separate chairs, there is a good TV package showing all UK and SKY channels including sports and movie channels. The villa has use of a bluetooth wireless speaker and Wifi is included in the price.
The bedrooms are airy and both have air-conditioning, the master having a double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, and an en-suite shower room, the second bedroom has twin beds which overlook the pool area. There is a separate family bathroom with shower over bath.
Pool towels are provided for your convenience.
Outside, the villa has large sun terrace which wraps around the rear of the villa, 4 comfortable sun loungers, external dining area which is situated under the terrace just next to the coal BBQ. The pool is a good size at 7 x 3 meters and has roman steps, it is electrically heated in the cooler winter months.
All in all a great little villa offering a spot of luxury at a great price !

Villa Rosa Blanca was amazing, it was everything we were looking for. The Villa was modern and spotlessly clean. It is in a very quite area which made our days by the pool very relaxing. A lovely 20 min walk took us to the restaurants and a short taxi ride to the Marina. Would not hesitate to book Rosa Blanca again.

Excellent Communication prior to holiday was amazing; Retreat Villas answered email queries extremely quickly and were very helpful when it came to moving holiday due to pandemic. The Villa is fully equipped with everything you need and everything is of a high standard. The pool was an ideal size for our party and the pool area was lovely with the shaded patio area allowing respite from the sun if wanted. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully visit again in the future

Excellent service from David and the Team. Appreciate arranging this last-minute extended stay. Accommodating us with a nice two-bedroom villa which we've pre-booked for Christmas and New Year. Villas has everything we need, amazing comfy beds with a great and quiet location. Looking forward to our return in December. Highly recommend to anyone, Retreat Villas will not disappoint, this is our third booking this year and we've had no issues whatsoever.

Another excellent holiday with Retreat Villas! Property is wonderful and clean, with everything you need for a self-catering stay. We stayed as a family of three for 18 days during which time Cleaners came to strip beds, replace towels and give a light clean twice. Pool was serviced daily / every two days. Retreat checked in to see if we were happy with our stay and accommodated any requests we had. Highly recommend, went above and beyond services offered. Looking forward to another holiday this year.

Yet another great stay at this villa. Retreat Villas(A1 Villas) are great to deal with - we had to adjust our booking and as always nothing was too much trouble. We have stayed in this villa before and as always it did not disappoint. Walking distance to the town centre and approx 4 euros back in a taxi. Thanks again for another great holiday hopefully see you again next year.

I would give them 5. We thoroughly enjoyed are 2nd stay in Rosa Blanca. Retreat Villas we’re excellent to deal with. Any problem was dealt with straight away.
