This villa sleeps up to 7 persons suitable for two families.
This villa is on two levels the first level has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom and a bathroom, lounge/Dining room and a kitchen. Patio doors lead onto a top terrace overlooking the pool area, the BBQ area is off the dining room. There are stairs in the hallway leading down to the second level where there is further bedroom with a double and single bed. a bathroom and a utility room and patio doors leading to another patio area. WiFI included
The outside has a very large 9m x 4.75m swimming pool, can be electrically heated for an additional cost. The terrace have sunbeds and further patio furniture and a BBQ area with patio table and chairs. Top terrace has a swing with canopy for your relaxation.
Villa Ruth is located in the East side of Playa Blanca, only approximately 15 minutes walk to the nearest beach Playa Dorada The Village of Playa Blanca is a little further along (approximately 5 minutes). Playa Blanca is located in the South of Lanzarote. This was once a fishing village which has developed over the years. Many of the local restaurants still offer fresh fish of the day. In and around Playa Blanca there are numerous restaurants, shops and gift shops. There is now a modern new Marina Rubicon and a ferry harbour with daily crossings to Fuerteventura. There is a seafront promenade running the whole length of Playa Blanca, from the light house at Pechiguera to just before the Papagayo beaches. These beaches are a set of beautiful natural reserve coves - amongst the prettiest in the Canaries. There is also a water park for the children to visit.
