Villa Goa is set on a very quiet residential complex a short distance from the centre of Playa Blanca. It has everything and more that you would need to make your holiday thoroughly enjoyable, from comfortable well-designed bedrooms to a Jacuzzi and pool table.
This villa has an off-road driveway with space for 2 cars.
Inside villa Goa the bright and open hallway will greet you where you can view down the spiralling staircase to the lounge area below. Taking the stairs down there is a fabulous pool table where you can enjoy a few drinks and a game of pool alongside the lounge area. Here there are two very comfortable sofas, a 55-inch flat screen TV with good a UK TV package, DVD Player and WIFI throughout. Or enjoy a relaxing book on the benched seating area at the back of the lounge this is a great area for the whole family to enjoy, A/C available if required in this lower lounge area.
On the same level as the lounge are 2 of the bedrooms one twin room and one king bedroom both with fitted wardrobes, the king bedroom has a fitted mosquito net over the bed and a small patio area to enjoy a cup of tea in the mornings. Between these two bedrooms is the bathroom complete with a jacuzzi bath, double sink with separate make up mirror and a separate enclosed walk in shower, toilet and bidet
Entering the house from the upper terrace, there is a further dining area for 8 people should you choose to dine inside, this is open plan with the well-equipped kitchen area making the villa feel extremely spacious and has air conditioning (coin operated). In the kitchen you have a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, hob, coffee machine, kettle toaster and plenty of cooking equipment. Just off the kitchen is a small Solana with the washing machine, ironing board, and clothes airer.
The master bedroom has a king bed with a fitted with air conditioning (coin operated) a mosquito net, TV, fully fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. From this bedroom you will wake to Fabulous views out the sea. The second twin bedroom is just along the hallway, the bedroom also has air conditioning fitted wardrobes two single beds and an en-suite with a shower, toilet and sink.
There is also a separate toilet room for people to use on the upper level without having to enter any of the bedrooms. Aircon is coin operated
From the lower level you can take the stairs outside the patio doors up to the completely private pool area. Here there are six individual sunbeds and a lovely Double day bed where you can enjoy the daytime sun relaxing by the pool.
Also, on the lower level there is a fabulous 6-person jacuzzi so you will be able to fully relax and enjoy the sun setting in the evening. A few steps up towards the terrace is a little traditional seating area alongside a Canarian BBQ, allowing you to prepare dinner while having a few glasses of bubbly, with the kids playing in the swimming pool makes for a enjoyable evening. On the upper terrace there is a table and chairs to seat 8 people, and you can see the fabulous views over Playa Blanca and across to the island of Fuerteventura.
