Fabulous large detached 3 bedroom villa with a very private garden/pool area perfect for families or couples…
Inside this spacious and airy villa you will find a comfortable lounge area with two leather sofas, Smart TV with option to use Netflix or the full international package which includes all UK channels and a good selection of European channels too, DVD player also available. Excellent wifi included in the price.
The kitchen is modern and well appointed; it includes a dishwasher, microwave and access to the washing machine in the Solana. There are three bedrooms, one with ensuite shower room, all with air conditioning units (coin operated), two doubles and one twin room. There are three bathrooms in total, one for each bedroom, one offers a Jacuzzi bath and glass ceiling so you can watch the stars as you unwind for the day. The bedrooms do also have fans if you prefer. In the centre of the house is an internal patio area, surrounded by a volcanic wall, extremely private and great for sunbathing in total peace.
The outside area is perfect for a relaxing day by the pool, fabulous kidney shaped pool with electric pool heating during the cooler months to keep it at a comfortable 28 degrees, this is surrounded by “rubber rock” non-slip surface, perfect to keep little ones safe. There are sunbeds provided, a coal BBQ, 6 seater al fresco dining area and not forgetting the snug outside lounge area with curved rattan sofa ideal for unwinding and enjoying a glass of vino on !
