Enter through the large patio doors which lead directly from the poolside into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, there is a comfortable leather suite with tasteful wooden furniture, a flat screen TV, with full UK channels and a DVD player, CD player with radio, WiFi is available throughout the villa included in the price.
The kitchen has everything you might need for a self-catering break including a good size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine situated in the Solana.
This villa offers 4 good size bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has en suite facilities, the other double and twin bedrooms share family bathrooms, all bedrooms have ceiling fans and plenty of wardrobe space.
Outside is a good size pool approximately 8m x 4m, with both solar and electric heating which maintains the pool at an optimum temperature, the electric heating is included in the winter months.
There are plenty of sunbeds around the pool just beckoning for a leisurely afternoon in the Canarian sunshine. The shaded terrace offers a great place to either relax on the outside sofa area or enjoy a lazy lunch at the al fresco dining area cooked at the Canarian BBQ.
At the rear of the villa is another private outside space, with a second dining area and the BBQ, perfect for a great night in with friends and family.
