About this Villa
Villa OliRal is a luxury holiday villa with a contemporary homely feel. It is spacious and modern, set in a private, gated and quiet residential complex with off street parking available.
The villa comprises of 3 bedrooms, sleeps 7 - one queen, one twin and one triple - the largest two benefiting from built in wardrobes. The master bedroom, upstairs, has an Air-con unit and offers an ensuite bathroom and a gorgeous sea-view terrace with sofa and table and chairs, a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening aperitif, the terrace can also be accessed from the landing.
The family bathroom is shared by the twin and tripe bedrooms and is located downstairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, with refillable water dispenser and an oven with grill. There is also a kitchen island with stools. There is a washing machine available in the utility room.
The light and bright lounge has Air-con and Smart Tv with Netflix and all the usual UK TV channels, the patio doors open out onto the spacious garden area, with a fantastic holiday chill vibe, with relaxing sunbeds, outside dining area, pool table, table tennis table and a traditional, stone-built BBQ perfect for the budding chef in your party to show off their skills. The pool has Roman steps entry, is electrically heated in the winter months and is very inviting on a hot sunny day.
The villa is situated within a 10 minute walk of a supermarket, cafe and bus stop. And a 10/15 minute walk to the coastal path or 20 minute walk to Rubicon Marina. It is a 5-minute taxi ride to the nearest beach where there is a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. From here a beautiful promenade stretches a mile and a half in each direction from the Faro Lighthouse at the most southern tip of the island to the fabulous Marina Rubicon, which boasts a selection of designer shops and upmarket bars and restaurant.
The villa will be freshly cleaned for your arrival and then cleaned on your departure. If you would like an additional clean during your stay this can be arranged at an extra cost. Please just ask.

Everything about this villa was perfect. The whole villa was decorated tastefully with lots of lovely wall decorations and ornaments around. There were plentiful supplies of crockery, cutlery, glassware. The equipment in the kitchen was plentiful and included a coffee machine along with dishwasher, huge fridge, microwave, oven etc. Also a welcome pack including a bottle of wine and some other useful things like herbs and spices in the cupboard for use of the guests. You wanted for nothing as far as equipment was concerned. WiFi, TV, Travel plugs, hairdryer, straighteners, and even telephone/watch chargers in the main double bedroom. The bathrooms had soap and shower gel and plenty of towels. The complex where the villa is situated was quiet and easy to get to - 10 minute walk to the bus stop - 20 minute walk to Rubicon Marina. 10 minutes by car to central Playa Blanca. The supermarket was no more than 15 minutes walking, 5 minutes by car and there were a couple of restaurants similar distance away. The outdoor space was lovely, the pool clean, the BBQ with cooking equipment, sun loungers and a table and chairs and the pool table and table tennis table were a nice extra which provided a bit of entertainment when we came back from trips out. The upstairs terrace was large with a great view of Playa Blanca and the mountains in the distance - tastefully furnished with a table and chairs and some comfy outdoor furniture. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone. It is what it says on the box and much more . Beautiful.

The villa is fresh and clean, with lovely little touches that made it very homely. Plenty of hot water and good power in the showers. The garden and pool area are private, with good quality garden and lounging equipment. The location is in easy walking distance of the promenade yet remains a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood.
